OUR APPROACH
Why trust LIPPI for your construction projects? LIPPI helps you to focus on the essentials.
With more than 40 years experience, we are ready to offer the advice and experience of a security fence solutions professional. Our proprietary methodology and solid advice will help you to protect your investment.

Our methodology is simple: Identify constructions issues with the client and define a customized solution.

The approach used to highlight the main points that determine the development of each solution is shown in the diagram below:
  • 1. Risk Assessment
The first step is to assess the risk of invasion of the site to be protected. The risk level is determined by two components: On one side, the probability of an invasion, and on the other side the consequences of such invasion.

This first step allows us to focus the offer on a range of solutions defined according to the risk level.

  • 2. Environmental Constraints
It is also essential to list the environmental factors that will affect the life of the equipment: Marine, industrial, or urban environment, mountain or cold region, high winds, local regulatory requirements, etc. The environment and the solution envisioned must walk together: An efficient solution cannot ignore the environmental parameters.

The impact on the environment is also an essential factor to consider in designing the solution (access to users, emergency services, maintenance, presence of animals, etc.)
  • 3. Particularities of the Terrain
The third step consists in assessing the issues related to the site where the solution will be installed: Soil type, earthwork/ground leveling needs, topography, geographical location, clearance around the site perimeter, etc.

This step allows us to take into account all site constraints to refine the proposal in order to simplify the installation.
  • 4. Technical and Commercial Proposal
The preparatory work allows us to find a solution and calculate an estimate for the products and services to be provided.
The offer is then formalized in a technical report with details of our recommendations, product specifications, complete description of the solution, and its benefits.
  • 5. Prototype, Production, and Logistics
A prototype is developed. After the final client validates it, the product is manufactured.

The logistics aspect is critical for numerous construction sites. We also propose a delivery service to the construction site to facilitate the organization of the installation personnel and to avoid travel and costly delivery equipment rentals.
  • 6. Installation and Services
In order to offer a comprehensive solution including supply and installation, LIPPI works with the best installation crews in France and abroad who follow the best practices of the trade. Our close collaboration and mutual trust allows us to offer quality services within the timeframes stipulated.
